Cork: Public Meeting on Anarchism

Date:

8pm, Wednesday, 3rd December

Victoria Hotel, Patrick St., CorkAt a time when the "free market" is being propped up and bailed out by the taxes of today's and future workers, members of the anarchist organisation, the Workers Solidarity Movement, will be describing how the capitalist system is not only failing, but more importantly failing the vast majority of the people both in Ireland and the rest of the world.

As an alternative, we will describe the principles of an anarchist society, one based on individual liberty, equality, community and solidarity. We will consider questions of how it might work and how we might get there. We will also explain how we're fighting back in the here and now.

If you agree that capitalism is both failing and failing us, then the question is, what can we replace it with? Why not come along and find out what anarchism has to offer?
